DIGGS Monthly Evolv Giveaway - Official Terms

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, 18 years or older. Employees of DIGGS and their immediate family members are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER: Subscribe to our email list during the promotional period to receive one (1) entry. Limit one entry per person/email address.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The giveaway begins on the 1st of each month at 12:00 AM EST and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM EST.

PRIZE: One (1) Evolv Dog Crate. Approximate retail value: $199 - $449 USD. No cash substitutions permitted.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on the first business day of the following month. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the winner fails to respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: By entering, participants agree to these Official Terms and DIGGS' Privacy Policy. DIGGS reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time.
