Returns & Exchanges

You can return your Diggs product within 30 days of receipt (some exclusions apply). When your return is received back to our warehouse, we will refund your original purchase less shipping charges, which are non-refundable, and applicable restocking fees* (see below for details).

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all filler and protective materials. We do not accept returns or exchanges that are not in the original packaging.

Please note that all sales of our Groov Training Aid are final. Pet safety is our top priority here at Diggs. Because Groov is a food-related item, we are unable to process returns for this product due to sanitary concerns.

*Due to the weight and size of our products, we charge a small restocking fee of $25 for our Revol Dog Crate (all sizes and colors) and $10 for our Snooz Crate Pad (all sizes and colors).

To initiate a return:
Please visit our returns center with your order number and the reason for your return (we really value your feedback!) A Diggs agent will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for each item that you are returning. Then, simply box up your item(s) in the original packaging and send the box back to us. Your original form of payment will be refunded within 10 business days from when we receive the returned product(s) less applicable deductions (see above for details).
