Returns & Exchanges

If you decide your Diggs is not for you within 30 days of when you receive the product, we will issue a full refund** of the product cost (less any transaction fees that are not reimbursed to Diggs by the payment providers*) and provide free return shipping within the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all filler and protective materials. We do not accept returns or exchanges not in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us help@diggs.pet with your order number and reason for your return (we really value feedback!) A Diggs agent will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for each item that you are returning. Then you simply box up your item(s) in the original packaging and send it (them) back to us. Your original form of payment will be refunded within 5-10 business days from when we receive the returned product(s).

*According to the shipping tracking information transaction fees are typically 2.6% of the total order amount, plus $0.30.
**Used Groov training aids are not able to be returned.
