Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return:
Please visit our returns center with your order number and the reason for your return (we really value your feedback!). A Diggs agent will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for each item that you are returning. Then, simply box up your item(s) in the original packaging and send the box back to us. Your original form of payment will be refunded within 10 business days from when we receive the returned product(s) less applicable deductions (see above for details).

Return Instructions

You can return your Diggs product within 30 days of receipt (some exclusions apply). When your return is received back to our warehouse, we will refund your original purchase less shipping charges, which are non-refundable, and applicable return shipping fees* (see below for details).

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all filler and protective materials. All bundle items must be returned together in order to process refunds on the Revol & Snooz Bundle. We do not accept returns or exchanges that are not in the original packaging.

Please note that all sales of our Groov Training Aid, Treat Spreads, Dispenser, Poop Bags, and Pee Pads are final. Pet safety is our top priority here at Diggs and we are unable to process returns for these products due to sanitary concerns.

*We charge a small return shipping fee of $25 USD ($15 CAD) for Small and Medium Revol, $10 for small and medium Snooz, and 10% on all other products that are eligible for returns (Passenger, Leash, and Collar).

In order to process refunds on the Revol & Snooz Bundle, both products must be returned together.
