Return Policy:

At DIGGS, we want your pet and your family to feel confident in your purchase. Because sizing and product fit matter, we offer an exchange-only policy. This ensures you always end up with the product that works best, while helping us reduce waste and keep costs fair.

• We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for crates and beds only in new, unused condition with their original packaging, including all filler and protective materials. We do not accept exchanges that are not in their original packaging.
• Beds and crate pads must be unopened to be eligible for exchange. Please ensure your crate size is suitable before opening your bed.
• Once your exchange request has been approved and your return shipment has been scanned by the carrier, we will issue a credit for your exchange less any applicable return shipping and restocking fees.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and restocking costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Beds and crate pads are subject to a $10 return shipping fee + $22.43 restocking fee.

Final Sale Items:

• New crates and beds are eligible for exchange. All other items and items purchased as Clearance or Refurbished are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
• At DIGGS, pet safety is our top priority, and due to sanitary concerns, we are unable to accept returns for these products. We appreciate your understanding.
