2016
Starting with an idea
The idea for Diggs was born in 2016 out of a simple but frustrating experience: buying a standard wire crate for a new puppy and quickly realizing how difficult and unsafe traditional crates were. What should have been a safe, welcoming retreat instead felt clunky, insecure, and outdated. That realization sparked the question—why wasn’t there a better way? Diggs was founded in 2018 to answer that question and reimagine what pet products could and should be.
2018
Revol, the revolutionary dog crate
Our first crate, Revol, was created to address the myriad issues Zel encountered in his search for a dog crate for Louise. To address key safety issues with wire crates, Revol was designed with durable steel frame construction, rounded corners, a unique dual-latch door, and a unique, precise diamond mesh. Setup and storage was made a breeze with a unique collapsibility mechanism. Even to this day, Revol is still manufactured in factories alongside premium, ultra-safe baby products. On top of all that - it's not an eyesore at home like standard wire crates.
