Evolv is available in five sizes to accommodate various breeds. The recommended weights are approximate, so we recommend taking measuring according to the instructions below or taking our sizing quiz for a personalized recommendation.

Choosing the right size crate is essential for your dog’s safety and comfort. Use the interior dimensions to determine the right fit for your dog, and the exterior dimensions to ensure the crate fits comfortably in your space.

How to Measure Your Dog:

• Body Height: Measure from nose to base of tail when standing, and from top of head to floor. Add 2-4 inches to those measurements to confirm optimal minimal crate height.
• Body Length: Measure the dog from the standing position, from the tip of the nose to the end of the back. You should measure where the dog’s tail meets the spine - don’t include their tail. Add 2-4 inches to those measurements to confirm optimal minimal crate length

Shipping:

• Free standard shipping on all orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered 3–6 business days after shipping.
• Please note: Extra Large Evolv comes in 2 boxes.
  

Return Policy:

• We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with their original packaging, including all filler and protective materials. We do not accept returns or exchanges that are not in their original packaging.
• Upon approval of your return request and receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund less any applicable return shipping and restocking fees.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and restocking costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Evolv crates are subject to a $30 Return Shipping Fee + $22.43 Restocking Fee.

Final Sale Items:

• All non-crate products and items purchased as Clearance or Refurbished are final sale and not eligible for return.
• At DIGGS, pet safety is our top priority, and due to sanitary concerns, we are unable to accept returns for these products. We appreciate your understanding.
