Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of every DIGGS product.
Each of our products is thoughtfully designed to last — and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.
Due to ongoing manufacturing transitions, our ability to replace full units is limited. For now, we’re focusing on repair-first solutions to help you get back up and running quickly. If a defect or damage occurs, we’ll provide spare parts for repair while supplies last. If a full-unit swap is the only option and the required parts aren’t available, we’ll offer a fair discounted replacement based on current retail pricing.
Warranty Coverage
New DIGGS products include a limited 1-year warranty. If your product is used as intended and experiences a defect within that period, DIGGS will provide parts for repair appropriate for the specific circumstance.
What’s Not Covered
• Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers
• Normal wear and tear, including parts that naturally wear out over time
• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by dogs who are not crate-trained or who chew on the product
• Damage from external sources such as transit or weather exposure
• Failures caused by factors outside of DIGGS’ control
• Any issues resulting from:

Negligent use, misuse, neglect or careless operation of the product;

Use of the product which is not in accordance with the Manual;

Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of Diggs;

Use of parts and accessories which are not genuine Diggs components;

Faulty assembly or installation (except where carried out by Diggs); or
-
Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Diggs or not as directed by Diggs.
Terms & Conditions
• The warranty begins on the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase.
• If proof of purchase is unavailable, coverage begins 90 days after manufacture, according to
DIGGS records.
• Replacement parts or components returned under warranty become the property of DIGGS.
• Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend the coverage period.
• The warranty provides benefits in addition to — and does not affect — your rights under applicable consumer laws.
• Intentional cosmetic changes or modifications that affect resale or usability may void your warranty and return eligibility.
