No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchasing a product during the promotional period does not automatically enter you in the Giveaway. All participants — including purchasers — must complete the free registration form to receive an entry. Registration is free and available to all eligible individuals.  

1. Agreement

Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Diggs Ultimate Bundle Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) sponsored by Diggs Inc. (the “Sponsor”).

By participating in the Giveaway, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you may not enter the Giveaway. 

2. Giveaway & Registration Period

The Giveaway begins at 05:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 27, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 15, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia (“DC”) who have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence at the time of entry (“participant,” “entrant” or “you”).

Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives, of the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Giveaway (collectively, the “Giveaway Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. 

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry may be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, visit https://www.diggs.pet/pages/ultimate bundle-giveaway (the “Giveaway Website”) during the Giveaway Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form to earn one (1) entry (a “Registration Entry”). As part of the entry process, entrants will be invited to opt in to receive promotional emails from Sponsor. Providing consent is optional, will not affect chances of winning, and may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional email. Limit of one (1) Registration Entry per person. Registration Entry is required to receive additional entries through the Bonus Entry methods hereafter, and no such additional entries shall be deemed to be valid in its absence. 

Multiple entries by the same individual will be disqualified. The use of multiple email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods to attempt to obtain entries in excess of the entry limit is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, in its sole discretion. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the email address by the applicable internet service provider, online access provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. 

By entering the Giveaway, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at https://diggs.pet/pages/privacy-policy). Giveaway Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected entries, all of which will be void. Entries which are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent are null and void.

Bonus Entry Methods

In addition to the Registration Entry, entrants will have the opportunity to earn bonus entries by completing any of the actions listed below. The actions listed below may be completed at any time during the Giveaway Period, but do not become valid entries until a Registration Entry has been completed.

Bonus entry methods include:

SMS Sign-Up: Sign up to receive SMS marketing communications from Sponsor to earn one (1) Bonus Entries. Limit one (1) time. Registrants who are already subscribed to SMS marketing communications will automatically receive one (1) Bonus Entry.

Email Sign-Up: Sign up to receive email marketing communications from Sponsor to earn one (1) Bonus Entries. Limit one (1) time. Registrants who are already subscribed to email marketing communications will automatically receive one (1) Bonus Entry.

Shop Online: Earn ten (10) Bonus Entries for any qualifying online purchase from Sponsor from 05:00:01 PM on November 27, 2025 through 11:59:59 PM on November 27, 2025. Limit one time. Earn five (5) Bonus Entries for any qualifying online purchase from Sponsor from 12:00:00 AM on November 28, 2025 through 11:59:59 PM on November 28, 2025. Limit one time. Earn one (1) Bonus Entries for any qualifying online purchase from Sponsor from 12:00:00 AM through 11:59:59 PM on December 1, 2025. Limit one time per day.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

For any bonus entry method listed above that requires a purchase, entrants may obtain the same number of bonus entries without purchasing by mailing a handwritten request on a 3” x 5” card with the following information: your full name, complete mailing address (including city, state/province, postal code, and country), valid email address, valid phone number, date of birth, and the specific bonus entry type you are requesting (e.g., “Shop Online”). Each request must be mailed in a separate #10 envelope, with sufficient postage to:

Each mail-in request must be postmarked during the Giveaway Period and received by December 15, 2025. The number of bonus entries awarded per request will match the total number of entries listed, not to exceed the maximum number of entries available per action as outlined in these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate requests. No photocopies, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted.

Bonus Mail-In Entries and the outer mailing envelope must be handwritten and must include all requested information (as stated above) to be eligible. Bulk shipments will not be accepted. Bonus Mail-In Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. No photocopies, facsimiles or reproductions of Bonus Mail-In Entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

All entries and Bonus Entries are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entrant or entry that it deems to be tampered with, altered, incomplete, fraudulent, generated by automated means or scripts, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. No entries or bonus entries in excess of the stated limits will be accepted, and any attempted entries above such limits will be void.

5. Prize/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds

Grand Prize: Five (5) grand prizes (the “Grand Prizes”) are available to be won, consisting of: 

a Diggs Evolv or Revol crate of the customer’s choosing, with an ARV of $299 - 1,149;

a matching Diggs Bolstr or Snooz crate pad in correspondence to the crate product and size variant of the crate selected, with an ARV of $59-149;

a Diggs Groov Training Aid dog training tool, with an ARV of $34;

a Diggs Treat Spread 3-pack, with an ARV of $55;

a Diggs Crate Bowl, with an ARV of $39; and

one year’s supply of Diggs Poop Bags, defined as 1,200 bags, or 80 rolls, with an ARV of $158;

The ARV of each Grand Prize is $644 - 1,584

Alternate Cash Prize Option

Once verified, winner will have the option to select a $1,000.00 USD cash prize (the “Alternate Cash Prize”) in lieu of the Grand Prize. The Alternate Cash Prize would be awarded as a wire transfer, ACH or EFT within approximately ninety (90) days of confirmation that the verified winner selects the Alternate Cash Prize. In order to receive the Alternate Cash Prize, winner must coordinate with Sponsor via email and/or telephone and provide ALL requested details to facilitate payment. Failure to provide the required details within ten (10) days of the request may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize in its entirety.

The ARV of the Alternate Cash Prize is $1,000.00 USD.

Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Prize Conditions

In accepting a prize, winner is responsible for all federal, state, county, provincial, local and all other taxes (including income and withholding) on the prize and costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of a prize, including, without limitation, surcharges, service charges, meals, food, beverages, insurance, valid travel documentation, passports, medical/health expenses, gratuities, excess baggage fees, communication charges, other personal expenses or incidentals.

Sponsor will coordinate delivery details directly with the Winner and deliver the Grand Prize using a carrier of Sponsor’s choosing. Sponsor shall not be held liable for any delays or damages to the product that occur following acceptance of the package by the carrier.

Winner must be able to accept the prize as presented. Sponsor’s determinations regarding the awarding of the prize are final. All details and other restrictions of the prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Actual value of the Grand Prize under this Giveaway may be lower or higher at the time of its fulfillment, and any difference between actual value and the stated ARV (if actual value is lower than stated ARV) will not be awarded. Prize ARV represents Sponsor’s good faith determination, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. Sponsor is not responsible if any element of the prize is delayed, altered, postponed or cancelled for any reason. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, for whatever reason, to substitute a prize (or any component thereof) for one of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Administrator will conduct a random drawing to select one (5) potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place at the offices of the Administrator on or about March 15, 2026. Administrator’s decisions regarding the drawing and all matters related to this Giveaway are final and binding in all respects.

Administrator will notify the potential winner on or about April 1, 2026, at the email address provided at the time of entry. Administrator will make at least two (2) follow-up attempts within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification if no response is received.

If the potential winner (i) cannot be contacted within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial notification after two (2) attempts, (ii) if any notification is returned as undeliverable, or (iii) if the prize is declined or cannot be accepted, then the potential winner may, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, be disqualified and forfeit all rights to the prize. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the prize in a separate random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.

No one is a Winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms him/her as a Winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

The potential winner will become a confirmed winner (the “Winner”) after meeting the requirements that follow. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected by the means set forth above.

The potential winner will be required to sign and return, within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where allowable) (collectively, the “Releases") as a condition of acceptance of a prize.

If the potential winner is a resident of the United States, he/she will be required to sign and return, within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, an IRS Form W-9 which will require disclosure of additional personal information, including a social security number. Information from the W-9 form will only be used to fulfill Sponsor’s tax obligations in connection with this Giveaway and for no other purpose. In such case, the Winner will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the calendar year in which the prize is awarded, reflecting the fair market value of the prize awarded.

Failure to return the required documentation within the specified timeframe, failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question (if applicable), failure to comply with these Official Rules, or failure to meet all eligibility requirements may result in disqualification, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Giveaway and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, the Winner’s name, city, state, province or territory of residence, and prize won, as news, publicity or information and for advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without limitation and additional compensation, notification or permission.

Such information may be used by Sponsor in connection with advertising, promotion, and publicity for this Giveaway and for Sponsor’s products and services generally, including but not limited to posting on Sponsor’s social media accounts (e.g. on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms now known or hereafter developed), without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Winner will be required to sign additional documentation confirming this consent at any time if requested by Sponsor. Any press or media coverage that may result from Sponsor’s social media posts is at the sole discretion of the media outlet, and Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability with respect to such coverage.

Sponsor further reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Giveaway for promotional, marketing, and other lawful purposes, including online announcements, except where prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway and as a condition of acceptance of a prize, each entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Giveaway, (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from, and against any and all loses, damages, rights, claims, actions, causes of action, personal injury, property damage or death (including without limitation any and all costs and liabilities of any kind including but not limited to lawyer’s fees), and including, without limitation, any such arising from any act of negligence of the Releases Parties, that the entrant now has, or may hereafter have against the Released Parties directly or indirectly resulting from participation of the Giveaway or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Giveaway or use/misuse or redemption of a prize.

FOR RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: You acknowledge and agree that your release and waiver extends to the following, the protections of which you explicitly waive:

California Civil Code Section 1542: A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.

9. General

By participating in the Giveaway, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

All amounts listed in this Giveaway are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the prize. In the event of a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Giveaway-related materials or communications, privacy policy or terms of use on the Giveaway Website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute determination.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected or damaged entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any Giveaway it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to any causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway, at which time, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Giveaway termination.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York, U.S.A., and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief.

THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://diggs.pet/pages/privacy-policy.

Any personal information that you provide to Sponsor may be used in connection with the Giveaway as necessary, to administer, manage and operate the Giveaway (including, but not limited to, contacting and verifying winners, publicly announcing a list of winners, and contacting entrants with a survey about their experience) and otherwise as permitted in our privacy policy referred to above.

If you consent to receive promotional emails from Sponsor, Sponsor may use your personal information to send you newsletters, special offers, and other marketing communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any such email.

By participating in the Giveaway and providing your personal information, you agree and consent to Sponsor’s use of your personal information for the purposes described herein. Personal information collected will be stored on servers located in the United States and may be accessible to U.S. law enforcement, courts and other governmental institutions pursuant to the laws of the United States.

12. Winners List Requests

The Winner will be publicly announced within six (6) months following the close of the Giveaway. To request a written confirmation of the Winner, send an email to help@diggs.pet with subject line: Diggs Ultimate Bundle Giveaway Winners List Request no later than six (6) months following the close of the Giveaway. Requests received after this time will not be fulfilled.
