Shipping:

  • Free standard shipping on all orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered 3–6 business days after shipping.

Return Policy:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with their original packaging, including all filler and protective materials. We do not accept returns or exchanges that are not in their original packaging.
  • Upon approval of your return request and receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund less any applicable return shipping and restocking fees.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover inspection, processing, and repackaging costs so we can maintain our quality standards for every pet.
